The performance in growth stage and economy characters of 10 elite varieties
of Hippophae rhamnoides L. introduced from Russia have been tested and investigated
to select the Hippophae rhamnoides L. varieties having economic value suited
to be planted in the plantation in the most area of northeast of China. It showed
that most of the tested varieties growth normally in the region of Suiling behave
much well, adapt to be planted in the tested area, and other suited introduction
area is be recommended.
